Return & Exchange Policies
- All items come with seven (7) days warranty on manufacturer’s defects.
- If an item is defective and there is nothing nothing else you’d like to exchange to: you can have a refund. If the item is not defective and you are not pleased with the sizing, quality or color you must request an exchange within 48 hours of making the purchase.
- If you require a courier to come back to you, You’ll have to cover his/her fee.
- Absolutely no refunds on non-defective items or swimwear- for sanity reasons.
- All jewelry should be treated as costume jewelry.
Delivery Policies
- Free Pick Up In Store- Shops At Broadway, Arima
- Cash On Delivery (Next Day Delivery)- $40TTD
- Cash on Delivery (Remote Areas) $50TTD
- Cash on Delivery (Tobago)-$60 (No Bank deposit Required /All items can be Delivered )
- TTPOST Delivery – $25(Bank Deposit Required /Item Less than 5lbs Only)
- Given that we use an external courier service and some cost to remote areas are already subsidized, we will not be able to give a refund on delivery
Jewelry
- All jewelry should be treated as costume jewelry. Like all jewelry that is not real gold or silver it will fade after some time.
- Please take care of your jewelry and store in packaging provided as we can’t offer warranty on costume jewelry for turning or fading.
