Shipping Policies
Return & Exchange Policies
- All items come with seven (7) days warranty on manufacturer’s defects.
- If items are defective and there is nothing nothing else you’d like to exchange to: you can have a refund, however if you simply do not like/prefer an item, you can exchange for something else within a 48 hour window.
- If you require a courier to come back to you, You’ll have to cover his fee.
- Absolutely no refunds on non-defective items.
- All jewellery should be treated as costume jewelery.
Delivery Policies
- Free Pick up In Store (#3 Farfan St Arima)
- Cash On Delivery (Next Day Delivery)- $40TTD
- Cash on Delivery (Remote Areas) $50TTD
- Cash on Delivery (Tobago)-$60 (No Bank deposit Required /All items can be Delivered )
- TTPOST Delivery – $25(Bank Deposit Required /Item Less than 5lbs Only)
- Given that we use an external courier service and some cost to remote areas are already subsidized, we will not be able to give a refund on delivery
Jewelry
- All jewelry should be treated as costume jewery. Like all jewelry that is not real gold or silver it will fade after some time.
- Please take care of your jewelry and store in packaging provided as we can’t offer warranty on costume jewelry for turning or fading.
